If you're currently pregnant and wanting to prepare for an empowered fourth trimester, this workshop is for you!
This 2.5 hour workshop will cover everything that happens to your postpartum body from the moment your baby is born until a few days after birth. Whether you plan to have your baby at home, in a birth center or at the hospital, this class is universally relevant. Major topics include packing your bags, golden hour, postpartum bleeding, managing pain, what emergent situations can look like, breast care, managing sleep deprivation and so much more. By the end of this class you'll have all the tools you need to plan for the fourth trimester you deserve, no matter what your birth looks like.

And when do you get to add things for yourself to the list? Bare Minimum Baby is a 30-minute mini course designed to give you the "bare minimum" of what you need to bring home and safely care for your baby.
Our goal with this course is to help you narrow down the list so you can make room for more things that *really* matter, like a postpartum doula, lactation consultants and pelvic floor physical therapy. Because seriously, mothers need to be mothered, too.
