What a 1:1 virtual call does not cover:

Answering

your

questions

before

we chat

  • Pregnancy is tough and postpartum is forever, so anytime! We find many of our initial 1:1 calls occur at the end of the second trimester and the beginning of the third trimester. Calls close to your due date can be tough to plan for. But once baby is born, we know the questions can start coming on strong. Our discussion on postpartum and baby care will be most applicable to you until around the 1 year postpartum mark!

  • Nope! Bouncing ideas off of someone who gets it or celebrating the postpartum wins is also huge. We can do a solution focused call or a let's see how far I've come call, you decide and we will support you!

  • Just block out the time and that's it. If you have specific questions, enter them when prompted during scheduling. If questions occur between booking and your call, bring them up during our chat!

When it's time for the call, hop on the zoom link already in your inbox.

  • 24 hours or more prior to first call: Option to reschedule or full-refund

24 hours or less prior to call: Reschedule only.

    See our cancellation policy here.

  • We will email you resources/links/clarifications on what we discussed. Further 1:1 calls can be scheduled in the link at the bottom of that follow up email or on our website!

  • Sure, we love active and engaged partners/support people! The focus of the call will remain on your pregnancy, postpartum and baby experience.

  • Unfortunately, no. We are chatting with you as nurses and moms, but not as YOUR nurse. Please continue to be in touch with your chosen pregnancy, postpartum and newborn care provider as usual. A 1:1 call with us does not replace medical advice.

  • Yes! We take HIPPA protected notes to pick up where we left off for future calls. We also use HIPPA protected data collection and will not share your information with any third parties.

  • Being on camera is not necessary, but most find it beneficial. There's a lot to be said about being as engaged as possible during something where you are putting yourself first. Sweatpants, and messy mom hair encouraged, judgement free zoom room!
