Bare Minimum Baby is a 30 minute mini course designed to give you the "bare minimum" of what you need to bring home and safely care for your baby.
Our goal with this course is to help you narrow down the list so you can make room for more things that *really* matter, like a postpartum doula, lactation consultants, and pelvic floor physical therapy. Because seriously, mothers need to be mothered, too.
