Anyone pregnant or postpartum who you feel would benefit from the support we have to offer!
Access to a computer or mobile device is necessary for the courses/support calls. Most parents find benefits from midway in their second trimester, through up to one year postpartum.
Pregnant people will benefit from any of the offerings.
Postpartum people will benefit most from the 1:1 calls, and early-on postpartum parents will benefit from the baby care course.
The postpartum prep course is geared toward the birthing parent, but we love it when partners join in too!
1:1 calls and baby needs course is for the birthing and non-birthing parent!

Midway second trimester through one year postpartum is when most parents find support from our offerings. Gifting too close to someone's due date can lead to them being unable to redeem their card due to lack of time or having the baby early! The best time to gift is beginning of their third trimesters, to around 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.

The person you are gifting to will be sent an email within 48 hours of purchase with instructions on how to redeem. If you don't hear from the person you are gifting to, let them know to check their Spam box, sometimes we end up in there!
If you’d like to include a physical gift card to gift yourself, please send us an email immediately after checkout. You will be emailed a PDF within 48 hours of purchase for you to print and gift to them.
Include the gift card in a baby book, in a basket of other postpartum care products at their baby shower, tape it to the top of a lasagna you drop on their front steps. There are so many ways to gift them immense support and love.

Gift cards will be valid for one year from purchase date. But here's a secret, they get lifetime access to our courses, so they never truly expire!
See our Terms and Conditions for more info. Gift cards are transferable within the one year mark upon request if not redeemed. All gift card purchases are final.

Unfortunately, no. We are chatting to them as nurses and moms, but not as their nurses. We always encourage those in our community to be in touch with their chosen pregnancy, postpartum and newborn care providers as usual. A 1:1 call or virtual course does not replace medical advice.
